Adorable Wedding Concepts Terms & Conditions.

• All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time of the wedding ceremony.
• The remaining 50% payment is required no later than three (3) weeks prior to the wedding ceremony date.
• Adorable Wedding Concepts cannot be held liable for adverse weather conditions on the day of the wedding ceremony and a refund will not be provided if it rains or there are extreme weather conditions preventing the ceremony from being held outdoors.
• Adorable Wedding Concepts will only set up a wedding ceremony at the predetermined location. If a backup venue has been agreed to for adverse weather, Adorable Wedding Concepts will contact an agreed member of the bridal party to confirm which location the ceremony setup will occur at, should there be potential rain.
• Adorable Wedding Concepts reserve the right to protect its property from damage in the event of rain or adverse weather conditions.
